Please note:
Above private charter prices are one way base rates, and the applicable charges outlined on any surcharge sheet forms a part of the total cost of a private charter.
That overtime charges for operations after hours are not included, and are available upon request.
Other passenger departure charges, as applicable, are payable to the airport authority by the client before boarding.
Waiting time [Demurrage] is chargeable as applicable, and this charge will be included in the quoted price once details are known.
Passengers arriving in Antigua on connecting flights should clear Immigration, collecting their cases and clearing customs before proceeding with their baggage to the FlyMontserrat Check-in desk in Departures. This is in the same terminal.
If customers wish to be met off flights arriving at the Private Jet area at FBO2000 please ask for a handling quotation.

Penalties for CHANGES made in Private Charters
Changing a charter on the day of the flight counts as a cancellation and will result in a penalty charge of 100% of the charter price.
Changing a charter before the day of flight has to be renegotiated.
Penalties for CANCELLATION of Private Charters
Cancellation more than 7 days before flight - 25% of charter price
Cancellation 7 days to 48 hours before flight - 50% of charter price
Cancellation less than 48 hours before flight - 75% of charter price
Cancellation On the Day of the flight - 100% of charter price
No show or no prior notice of cancellation - 100% of charter price
